One-Skein Wonder Infinity Scarf

I’m always looking for quick and easy projects to work on in-between my bigger projects and this scarf fits that bill. Being that this scarf is made up of double crochets it’s easy enough for a beginner, and also, who doesn’t love a good one skein wonder? Because of the larger hook size, this scarf hangs nicely without being stiff or too bulky. I think from start to finish this scarf took me maybe two hours to finish, and that was while also watching Netflix. This pattern is also good if you need to whip up a quick present for someone. So, if you are like me and need a break from a bigger project or you’re just starting out and looking for an easy first project then this is the scarf for you.

Fast & Easy One-Skein infinity Scarf

Hook Size N
1 skein Worsted Weight Yarn (I used Caron Simply Soft Party in Red Sparkle which is an approximately 164-yard skein.)
Yarn Needle

CH = Chain
DC = Double Crochet
SC = Single Crochet

*Chain counts as a stitch
*Last DC of each row is worked into the top of the CH 3 from the previous row

Chain 16
Row 1: DC into 3nd CH from hook; DC all others; CH 3; turn (14)
Row 2-as many as needed to reach the desired length: DC into space between DCs of the previous row and between all other DC spaces; CH 2; turn (14)

To finish off: Bring the two short ends together and SC across to form a large circle; weave in ends
